I used them as a referral from my Realtor. I used them to sell and purchase my homes. I was very dissapointed in the manner in which I was treated. I felt the staff(especially Gina) was "annoyed" with my phone calls, and used a very disrespectful tone in dealing with me. The sad thing, is, I pride myself on being kind and easy to get along with. Did they do their jobs correctly? yes. Do they use appropriate customer based communication skills? In my opinion. Not so much. I will not reccomend them or use them in any future purchases or closings..
