The staff was very pleasant and profession.

However when I expressed my feeling on the final script being wrong. Dr. Tock, said to try it anyway. The glasses were ready in about an hour.

I wore them for 24 hours, suffered though a migraine, and took them back the next day! My eyes would NEVER adjust to that script!

Luckily, a different doctor was in. Dr. Hetrick, who listened to my concerns, reexamined me, and changed the script. However, they couldn't make the new lenses in house and it had to be sent out.

Now a week later, I have my new lenses, and my eyes are adjusted to them.

Thanks to Dr. Herrick I see clearly!

Dr. Tock is very professional, personable and great with all ages! This offices squeezed our family into two back to back appointments, which was appreciated.
