Not good at all. Bought a ring there and am beyond disappointed. First off when I purchased the ring it needed to be sized, that was additional to the cost of the ring. Then once I took it in to be sized it took much longer than they said to get it back. Then after that the stone has come loose multiple times and it has now split where the ring was sized and is unwearable barely a year later. Staff is nice but wouldn't waste anymore money here. Also had family members have similar experiences here.
